Responding to feedback from our parent survey the Board has endeavoured to increase communication and visibility with our wider school community. Our BOT page hosts our meeting schedules, agendas, and the current draft and approved minutes. To improve information flow the Board has agreed to publish draft minutes on the website one week after BOT meetings rather than wait until the next month’s meeting where the Board confirms the minutes.

We have moved our monthly BOT meetings into the main staff room at the Jelas Road campus to make more room for visitors attending our meetings. Protocols for attending BOT meetings can be VIEWED HERE. The school magazine “Connect” which is published quarterly includes an area dedicated for information from the Board so that we can keep you up to date with the work we are doing.
