Managers:
Each Volleyball team needs a manager at the games. We also need a manager or parent to drive the team to their games in the school van or teams can arrange car pooling amongst themselves. Please note that the school van may not be available for all teams due to the increasing number of Volleyball teams that are being registered.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: We are unable to enter any team that does not have a manager.
SPORTS INJURY FORM
If a player has an accident or injury at training or game please fill out a sports injury form. This is not for cuts that just require a plaster but knocks to the head, suspected breaks etc. Please fill out all the details as accurately as you can. This information will go directly to the school nurse.
- To report an Injury please fill in the Sport Injury Form
KingsWay School Players’ Code of Conduct
All students who wish to play sport at KingsWay are required to fully commit to the teams they play for and full attendance at trainings and/games is expected.
- Attend all trainings and games unless discussed with your coach/manager first.
- Be punctual to trainings, pre-game warm up’s and games.
- Always show respect and courtesy to your coach, manager and supporters.
- Be respectful and polite to the opposition. Without them there would be no games.
- Always wear the correct KingsWay uniform with pride for all games and wear/bring the appropriate gear to trainings.
- Wear appropriate safety gear at trainings and games. i.e Mouthguard, shin pads.
- Never argue with the referees and umpires.
- Reflect the special character of KingsWay School.
- Always play fair and strive to achieve your personal best
Any breaches of the Players’ Code of Conduct will be dealt with by the Head of Sports and/or Sports Co-ordinator.
KingsWay School Supporters’ Code of Conduct
As a Kingsway School parent/supporter I will, to the best of my ability:
- Be positive in my support for all teams.
- Show appreciation and respect to all coaches, managers, officials and those who volunteer their time so my child can play sport and will never question, shout or abuse them.
- Be a positive role model for my child in my attitude towards sport.
- Insist that my child plays by the rules and principles of fair play.
- Always be positive and never ridicule or shout at players.
- Acknowledge good play from both teams.
- I will teach my child that doing one’s best is more important than winning, so that my child will never feel defeated by the outcome of a game or his/her performance.
At a game never question, discuss or confront coaches at the game field. If a parent needs to speak with a coach, arrange it at an agreed time and place for both parties. Often, what a spectator instructs a player to do from the side lines contradicts what the coach is instructing a player to do and this confuses the player. Your greatest asset for your child during games/practices is your encouragement, not your coaching.
Please remember a positive attitude on the side line goes a long way to ensuring all involved will enjoy the competition

Once you have registered your children, the system will remember your details for further purchases. If you have children in both the Primary and Middle/Senior Schools, all details for your children will appear on the same account in the future.
Getting Started
- Click on the REGISTRATION button below for either Primary or Middle/Senior sport registration.
- Set up an account with a password for future use.
- Choose your sport options for each child and follow the payment options.
Refunds:
Students will not be permitted to be placed in a team unless they have registered and paid or paid their deposit & started making AP payments first.
If a student doesn’t make a side due to lack of numbers to make a complete team, their fees will be reimbursed, however, fees will not be reimbursed to students who don’t make their choice of team in their chosen code or who no longer want to play and who then choose to withdraw. Once the teams are made up, if a child pulls out it can leave a team short, cause players to be swapped about in teams and a lot of work administratively both at school and at association level.
Competition cancelled – If games are cancelled due to a pandemic i.e. Covid 19 we will refund any money we receive back from the sporting organisations and any costs not already paid out at the KingsWay end.
(Please read the information about refunds above and choose your sport carefully)
The Team Reach Phone App is what all KingsWay Teams use for communication. Please download the App and once teams are named the Manager send you a code to enter and join the group. All correspondence, games times, cancellations etc will be put on this App.
You can download the Teams Reach App on your phone through Apple and Google Play stores.
