Uniform Regulations

The school uniform consists of the following regulation articles. Students are required to wear full regulation uniform. If there is a non-regulation item of uniform worn on any day for a valid reason then Year 1-6 students must hand a note to the class teacher and Year 7-13 students must get a uniform dispensation slip from the Deans. Inspections will take place regularly. We expect that KingsWay Students will take pride in their appearance and uphold the standard required by the Board of Trustees. Students are required to wear summer uniform in Terms One and Four and winter uniform in Terms Two and Three.

Uniform Shop Details for the start of Level 2 Lockdown

1. Click and Collect

The uniform shop accepts online orders. This is the easiest and fastest way to make uniform purchases.
Orders must be made at least 24 hours before pickup to enable orders to be processed.

2. Visiting the Uniform Shop to try on clothing items

Please respect the social distancing requirements in our shop.

Mondays: 8.30am – 10.30am
Wednesdays: 8.30am – 4pm

Holiday Times

Both Wednesdays of the school holidays from 10am - 2pm.

Second Hand Uniforms

Second hand uniforms are NO LONGER sold at the Uniform Shop. Many parents use the KingsWay Connect parent Facebook group. This is a closed group for KingsWay School parents only. To keep this a closed group for KingsWay parents only, parents will be asked to state what class their child is in before permission will be given to join. Please CLICK HERE for the link.

Purchasing Uniforms Online

Using a secure online trading system, KingsWay School uniforms can be purchased online.
All online purchases need to be collected directly from the Uniform Shop (located at the Middle/Senior Campus) the following Wednesday after ordering during school hours. Orders will be available from 12pm Wednesdays only. Any orders after this will be available the following Wednesday.
During the school terms, Junior Campus student orders will be delivered to these students to bring home unless otherwise arranged.

Please NOTE: Sports socks that are ordered online need to be collected from the Senior School Sports Office (downstairs in the Event Centre).
