An article by KingsWay SchoolTiffani Wang, KingsWay class of 2021, has been accepted at the University of the Arts which includes the distinguished Central Saint Martins, Campbell College, Wimbledon College, Chelsea College and the London School of Fashion. It’s rated top 2 in the world for Art and Design (QS World University Rankings 2023).
Tiffani was a gifted Art student whilst at our school who showed great technical skill and creative ideas. Her application was accepted in record time, which confirms her belief that it’s God’s plan. London will be a wonderful opportunity for her to study and outreach the seeds of Faith that were planted at KingsWay.
Tiffani will start in September this year and we wish her all the best for this prestigious journey.
Lawrence Liu, another alumnus who is started last year at The New School Parsons in Paris - studying fashion, has so far achieved Excellence for all his submissions except French – it isn’t an easy language to learn! As Easter approaches, all Primary, Middle and Senior school students took a moment this week to pause and reflect on the sacrifice of the cross in our annual Easter Assemblies. The Easter message was shared through worship, dance, media, scripture, visual art and encouraging gospel messages, highlighting the message of hope, freedom and salvation that is extended to us all. A big thank you to all students and teachers involved, particularly the Senior School Arts Council and Ms Lisa Lin for their organisation of these events. Thank you also to visiting youth pastor, Mitch Rainbow, who shared with our Middle and Senior School students about the Hope of Christ. We pray that you have a blessed Easter, enjoy time with family, and encounter the love of Jesus as you take time to pause and reflect on His sacrifice on the cross. ... See MoreSee Less

An article by KingsWay SchoolThe Philippines Missions team held their first boot camp at Northcross Community Church this past weekend. The team were involved in a variety of team-building activities focussed on growing relationships and connections amongst the 15 students attending July's trip to Cebu, Philippines. Students and staff took part in times of prayer and worship, preparation of their testimonies, as well as joining via zoom with the local pastors in the Philippines to meet and connect with them. We are excited by the growth and unity within this group.
We humbly ask for prayer in the following areas:
Please pray for Andrew Marriott from MotiVate - MVNewZealand, who will be travelling to Cebu in the coming months to continue preparations.
Please pray for each student as they fundraise (over $5000 each) and as they prepare their testimony and items to present in various ministry spaces during the trip.

Congratulations to Anna Jung (Year 13), who was recently honoured with a Certificate of Appreciation for her exceptional service and dedication to the Korean and New Zealand communities.
This recognition, presented by the Consulate of the Republic of Korea in Auckland at the close of last year, is a testament to Anna's profound impact. As a valued member of the Korean Youth Orchestra for six years, Anna has shared her musical talents with various community events, both Korean and New Zealand community events and local retirement villages, including Ons Drop Retirement Village in Henderson, Lady Allum Village in Milford, and Remuera Gardens Retirement Village in central Auckland and the free annual concert at Bruce Mason. Her performances have brought joy and comfort to many.
Additionally, Anna has been actively involved in her church community Dinners and Gospel gatherings every second Sunday evening of the month for the last few years. Her contributions reflect the best of humanity and inspire people to make a positive difference in their communities.
Anna's family would like to extend thanks to Mrs. Mittermeier's consistent support and encouragement. Anna holds Mrs Mittermeier's guidance in high regard and thoroughly enjoys being a part of her music class.
Anna's parents shared this information with KingsWay School, followed by this quote below:
