Welcome to Touch at KingsWay School.
In 2012 a decision as a school will be made closer to Term 3 as to which Touch Rugby Junior Module we will be entering.There will be trials at the beginning of term 3 for all players from Years 5 to 13. The trials will determine who makes the top team for each age group (according to skill and experience). The other teams will be mixed ability. This is to ensure we get the most out of the coaches and players.
All Years 1-4 teams will be mixed ability.

Coaches and Managers:
We believe that it is imperative that every child gets the best possible experience from their sporting opportunities. To this end, we do require dedicated managers and sport coaches to assist with the running of teams. If you are able to volunteer your time, please inform the Teacher in Charge of the code in which you wish to be involved. Every code will have access to specialised coaching this year on an infrequent basis to assist coaches, however, coaching courses can be organised to up-skill volunteers.
Uniforms:
Senior Mixed Touch Rugby Years 11-13
Uniforms will be provided and are to be worn with appropriate footwear.
Junior Module Touch Rugby Years 1-13
KingsWay School PE uniform and appropriate footwear are to be worn.

If you have 3 or more children we have a discounted price for the 3rd or more child of $25.00 You must register your first two children at the normal price and then any further children at the discounted rate.

Please note: All sporting fees include an administration fee, equipment(only for sports who are supplied with KingsWay Sports equipment) , uniform (only for sports who are supplied with KingsWay sports uniform), coaching and Teacher in Charge of Sport costs. The coaching portion of the fee is used to bring in specialist coaches to give coaching to our coaches.
