KingsWay is a Year 1-13 composite, integrated school, roll 1230, decile 9, situated on two campuses in Orewa, Hibiscus Coast. The Property Co-ordinator will have oversight of property staff across both the Senior and Junior Campuses, ensuring grounds and buildings are maintained to a high standard. Developing and maintaining relationships with all staff, suppliers and contractors is an essential part of this role. Adhering to Health and Safety requirements, including security and emergencies is included in to this role. A flexible and helpful attitude together with practical ability to provide ‘hands on’ maintenance tasks is required.
This is a fulltime position for 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum, commencing 1 January 2018.
Duties will include: Co-ordinating property staff across our school campuses Ensuring the grounds and buildings are maintained to an excellent standard Providing for effective health, safety and security across all campuses Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and contractors across all campuses
